If you googled ... "Food Related Illness" you would be shocked... and a 14 year old burger.

I know.... I know..... but it taste good!!!  Well, how does sick taste...?

Emotions, bone health, energy are all related to what we eat...  The longer I am away from my favorite Cheese Danish, the less desirable it looks to fact, now when I look at that yummy morning coffee partner, the Cheese Danish, all I see is a sugar serge and fat added to my body.  The many diet cokes I use to drink, I taste it now and all I taste is Chemicals...and they have a lot of well as leaching calcium from your bones and depleting your immune system..if you have one at all.

Sugar plays such havoc on your energy and emotions... When my
daughter was a teenager, I remember I could see sugar in her eyes...her pupils would be dilated looking like she had done drugs...well she had for was sugar! Often she looked wasted but all it was was too much sugar...For her, it is not a good thing.

I hear it said, it is too expensive to eat healthy....  REALLY?  My answer to that is.... NO IT IS NOT!  You just have to know what to eat and learn how to prepare them..  I would love to help with healthy cooking and suggestions...

And God Forbid....If you drive thru fast food for the convenience, then be prepared to stay up with you sick child...being there is few to no nourishment in fast food.  I will give you a little assignment... Go to the famous McD. and buy a hamburger, leave it out for 2-3 attention, you will not see any mold, change in color or even size, it will be hard but it will look the same as the day you bought it.  If that doesn't scare you, I am not sure what will.

Check out the below story.....
A man apparently was going to keep the burger around for one month, then forgot about it…until he pulled it out of his pocket 14 years later.

Buyer be ware... and please be smart...
It might taste good today, but it will not tomorrow.
Below is a search I did ...  "Food Related Illness"
To better quantify the impact of foodborne diseases on health in the United States, we compiled and analyzed information from multiple surveillance systems and other sources. We estimate that foodborne diseases cause approximately 76 million illnesses, 325,000 hospitalizations, and 5,000 deaths in the United States each year. Known pathogens account for an estimated 14 million illnesses, 60,000 hospitalizations, and 1,800 deaths. Three pathogens, Salmonella, Listeria, and Toxoplasma, are responsible for 1,500 deaths each year, more than 75% of those caused by known pathogens, while unknown agents account for the remaining 62 million illnesses, 265,000 hospitalizations, and 3,200 deaths. Overall, foodborne diseases appear to cause more illnesses but fewer deaths than previously estimated.

We live in a Nutritionally depleted Society..

Lets do everything we can to keep it Nutritionally Rich!

For all the years, people have been searching for the elusive fountain of youth. One such famous search for the eternal youth was conducted by Ponce de Leon in the early 1500's. The mythical legend spoke of miraculous waters and those who drank from this miracle fountain would never grow old and would maintain the beauty of youth. The water source was never found and so the fountain of youth remained only a legend.

Although this miraculous forever young water was never found, the quest for a miraculous anti aging elixir that would maintain our youthfulness has not been quenched at all. Today, many over the counter skincare products and procedures claim to be able to reverse or slow down the aging process. These skincare products and procedures include using natural remedies, creams, injections and of course, the expensive plastic surgery.

However, the most natural of all the substances may be found in the normal foods that we eat everyday. These foods may be the natural solution to help in the quest for the anti ageing process. These organic foods can be broken down into two basic categories of: fruit and vegetables

Fruits - Certain fruits have demonstrated promising results in the aid of anti aging process. Those fruits include apples, strawberries and grapes. Researchers have discovered that some of these fruit products contain ellagic acid. Ellagic acid is a natural insect repellent substance found in various plants.

This type of acid has demonstrated the capacity to hinder the growth of tumors within the body. This hindrance process of tumor growth is accomplished by the ability of the acid to minimize the enzymes, within the body, that are utilized by the mutated cancer cells.

Other fruits that contain the precious anti aging ingredients are cantaloupe, peaches and apricots. These fruits contain the antioxidant properties that are known as lycopene. These antioxidants protect the health of body's cells from damage caused by the free radicals. In addition, these fruits have demonstrated their effectiveness in protecting certain organs of our body.

And apple aid in the anti aging process of the skin. Initial testing has shown that apples stimulate the production of collagen. The production of collagen is necessary for the skin to maintain its elasticity which can help minimize the wrinkling of the skin.

Vegetables - Some vegetables have also shown their ability to fight the anti aging process. Vegetables such as carrots, spinach and sweet potatoes have also demonstrated known antioxidant capabilities.

One other group of vegetables like soybeans and alfalfa sprouts, when eaten, that has demonstrated their effectiveness in blocking the production of particular types of enzymes. The anti-ageing substance found in these vegetables is known as genistein. Genistein inhibits the production of enzymes that have been identified as stimulants that are known to activate the cancerous genes.

Want to Look YOUNGER?  Remember, you are what you eat.

Don't be an aging fruit...EAT the Fruit!  and..Take your Vitamins!
